All too often I see people ( and their BROKERS ) who run ads to sell heating and air companies and automatically you can tell that the numbers are not accurate.  The frustration happens when the numbers look like they may be real. And then you sign the NDA, research the area, research the company, get the information packet, and realize that the numbers are false. Please do not waste someones time with inaccurate ads. Tell the truth about the numbers when you’re listing your HVAC company.
